I received an appointment over the phone and was invited into the office for a one-on-one with the shop manager. It lasted about 15 minutes or so in a relaxed atmosphere.

ask about yourself, background, lots of "can you name a time when" questions, eg. can you name a time when you feel challenges etc Then go to the floor to find products

Interview
At the start of the interview we had to introduce ourselves . Then we had to work in a pair and answer questions. The next task required us to walk around the shop floor and explain products with 3 questions that were provided.
