Interview
The first part was an online based questionnaire with situation example and the second part was then in person as I was successful in the online test. The in person interview lasted around 25/30 or so minutes.

I think that once you focus on the extension of the time given to the current state of it then its good
4 simple questions, relevant past experience? Relevant skills? Why do you want to work for boots? Can you tell us abit about yourself? then a task to find something on the shop floor
Normal formal Interview. I was shown the full shop floor. I was asked about my favourite Boots Products and how I would sell them. I was asked about previous experience and skills.
