Christmas interview, group interview analysing what you would do on the floor in 5 minutes 20 minutes one hour. Then given scenario and must give response eg how would u help someone who is going on holidays ( product recommendations etc)

Boring, clunky not the best.
Not really innovative just quite old fashioned type of interview style from the managers really.
