I applied online next day i get link to assesment. next day i get an email to pick the day of my interview. it was in one week time. The assistant manager was very nice and friendly. She made me feel comfortable. she asked me few questions about my experience, how to deal with unhappy customer, why boots,etc. She asked me my availability and told me briefly about the job. then we went to shop floor she asked me about the product i was supose to pick. i was asked to sell it to her and say why i pick it. then she asked what is difrence between confident and unconfident client and she told me to aproach one client.after we went back to office. she told me the terms and conditions of work and when i will hear from them. Generally alll the coments in this website was very helpfull. I really enjoyed that interview and i will still try in future.

Question 1
What would I do if I seen a customer who was looking around the store quite confused
Easy enough interview, just asked the typical interview questions. Thought i fit the role well but did not receive an offer or any reason for not being selected. Interview took place in a cleaning closet, which i did find strange as it was opposite the staff break room.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
