After applying for a position at Boots, I received an email with a link to an online assessment.
The assessment consisted of two parts:
The first part included 10 situational judgment questions related to customer service. Each question had four options, and I had to select the one I was most likely and least likely to choose.
The second part was a personality test.
By the next day before noon, I received an email inviting me to book a group interview slot.

Giving suggestions to a customer who was looking for a birthday gift for a friend.
Easy going , real life practice , professional , thinking realistically for the future, met the staff, included all personal documents , interacted with customers, asked about availability , asked a lot of examples when I have showed certain skills

Hiring manager very understanding and when told like other company interview you don’t need any prep was told I hear back end of mid week next week but didn’t heard back on 4th November 2025 communication was poor.
very smooth and good process, would have liked a few less questions to be fair because it did go on for like an hour, asked me a lot of scenario questions
