It was initially an on-the-floor group interview as they described, we waited in the break room for a while and the manager arrived to take us down, there were 3 of us all together. We were given some basic tasks like we had a few minutes to get a product we use daily and bring it back and talk about why we love it, find a product going viral recently and give 2 hacks on how to use it, etc. There was then a section where we had to interact with customers, approaching anyone who needed help deciding on products or finding shades, as you would do on the job while the manager walked around and supervised us. After this section, we were taken back up to a smaller room in the back and then got individually taken into the manager's office for a more tradition sit-down interview. It was short, with generic questions you would expect like availability, future plans, checking proof of right to work etc. We were then dismissed. Overall process took around 2 hours.
