I was asked questions like show me when you demonstrated excellent customer service. I was also asked to try to sell a product by boots to the manager . The interview lasted around 30 minutues

Just standard interview questions to check competency. Felt like a normal conversation nothing too invasive. Just things like that when was one time you delivered excellent customer service or how to do so.

Not bad, as long as you’re confident, they were very welcoming. It was a bit lengthy but I enjoyed it and come out feeling postive, it’s overall just to see if you’d be a good fit
