Stage 1 is applying online, filling out the online application, if you pass this section, you will then be required to fill out a questionnaire. Stage 2 is selecting an interview date, during the interview you will be asked a series of questions and then you will be asked to do a tour of the shop floor, this activity will show how you would interact with the customers. A short roleplay task. they will then decide whether yoi have passed and contact you.
