Interview
There are 4 parts to it.
1st day is a brief assessment . (A small bit of simple maths questions too)
2nd is a dexterity test . This is usually to see how well / quickly you can put washers over pins . First with your hands and second with a tweezers.
3rd is a psychometric test. Which is maths, problem solving and pattern identification.
It is timed too so is worth while practicing these online beforehand.
4th. Is a medical. Basic health check and drug screening

Easy behavioural competency questions. Asked about previous job experience and how I worked with other coworkers. Give scenarios of when I worked well with others and how I’d deal with conflict in the work place.
Interview process was very smooth. Dealt with a line facilitator so was able to understand a lot about what my role would be in the company. Received an answer very quickly afterwards.

My interview experience with Boston Scientific/ICE Group was somewhat mixed. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview with a reputable company, I found the overall process to be a bit lengthy and somewhat disorganized.
I experienced multiple changes to the interview date and time—about three times in total.
