Hiring process took about 2-3 weeks. I had several phone interviews with HR and manager. interview process went well however it seems as though they hire more outside people from a staffing agencies than hiring full time.
Didn't focus on experience, but rather more on why I would be a good fit for the company. Never asked me about what I did on previous jobs or what where my abilities
Process involved an initial phone interview followed by an onsite meeting. It involved a thorough rundown of the position, responsibilities and role expectations. The meetings included face to face with the hiring manager and a human resources rep.
