Easy but long process done throughout a job agency consisting in 4 parts: first a computer test, then physical test (moving metal pins in a set time) then a interview with the agency and a final interview directly with the company.
Easy behavioural competency questions. Asked about previous job experience and how I worked with other coworkers. Give scenarios of when I worked well with others and how I’d deal with conflict in the work place.
Interview process was very smooth. Dealt with a line facilitator so was able to understand a lot about what my role would be in the company. Received an answer very quickly afterwards.
