A recent challenge, Which of your previous work experience is most relevant to this role, the advantages of working in a diverse team, Do you prefer working in a team or solo, a time you were let down, what do you bring to a team, What part of Brainlabs are you interested in? Why Brainlabs? (Be prepared about their culture and don't be afraid to ask them questions, they are very friendly and seem genuinely happy to work there and talk about their role). I am so sorry I can't remember other questions, but I'd say those from step 4 were typical interview questions.
They will explain to you the basics of PPC for the practical (step 3), but better be prepared because you will not have much time to actually do the exercise (which is simple). Be prepared on the basics and formulas, you will have to do sums, comment on your results, use graphs, make a hypothesis. Be aware of what happens if you increase or decrease the bid, be familiar with CPC, CTR, Conversion rates, etc. As said they will explain everything to you but if you prepare it would be quicker (and painless).
