Brightline Care Operations Manager interview questions

I had a phone screen with a recruiter who seemed unprepared and unclear on what they were looking for in the role. In addition to being unable to answer basic questions about the role, when I asked about their salary budget; the recruiter seemed taken aback and was unable to confirm that my salary expectations were within budget, but they "probably" were. Towards the end of the call, the recruiter let me know that they would like to move me forward to an interview with the hiring manager. I agreed to this and asked for an overview of their interview process. The recruiter was unable to provide a clear timeline and description of their interview process and ducked the question, but promised to follow up via email. After the phone screen, I didn't hear anything back from the recruiter or anyone else at the company. I sent a follow-up thank you email to the recruiter several hours after our phone screen and a second follow-up email a few days later. I never received a reply.
