I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brightline
Interview
The interview process was unorganized and frustrating. The initial recruiter interview was basic. From there it was with a operations leader who was nursing their baby on camera the entire time. The interviewer seemed distracted and didn't value my time or efforts. Never in my career have I experienced a situation where a job interview found this to be professional. There were two more rounds. Timeline was inconsistent and lots of back and forth to when candidates would be given an update and to schedule next rounds. Throughout the entire process, it seemed as tho they already had their person in mind and was just wasting everyone's time.
