I'm a therapist in the Bay Area and applied to this position at Brightline per a recommendation from a friend. I recently had a child and thought joining a company would give me more stability. Unfortunately, the interview process at Brightline was very amateurish and unprofessional. The person coordinating the interviews was rude and didn't seem to care about my application or that I am a single mother who can't reschedule things at the last minute. After waiting weeks to schedule next stages, I gave up and went to a competitor.
