One of their outsourced recruiters reached out. I already work in a similar space and figured I’d take the interview. Hopped on with the recruiter who was cameras off (should’ve been a phone call) They went through basic questions and couldn’t answer some of my own. They laid out next steps and said they’d follow up in the next two days. Even talked a moment about how they disliked when recruiters leave candidates hanging/ghosted Welp… it’s been a week. I should’ve know this would happen when I sent the thank you email following the interview and didn’t get a simple response. Do better.
