The interview process was thorough, comprehensive, and extensive. Each team member I met with was incredibly warm and welcoming, with a compassionate demeanor and shared passion for the work. I enjoyed each of my interviews, even though the entire process lasted very long - from July until October. The final stretch was the most disappointing part, aside from not being offered the role, it took over 2 weeks for the recruiter to respond to me after saying there would be a decision at said date, which I fully realize may not have been brightline's fault, but it still seemed like there were some internal conflicting views that spurred the delay and left me hanging for way too long.
