I applied online. I interviewed at Brighton Jones LLC in Nov 2020
Interview
3-step interview process all done over the phone/virtually. The whole process was primarily behavioral questions and nearly nothing technical. They're trying to get a sense of whether or not you would fit in well with the company.
- The first was a short introduction to the company with HR.
- The second had me meeting with a couple of advisors from the office I was interviewing with and lasted around an hour.
- The third consisted of three individual interviews with advisors from around the company and lasted a little over 2 hours.
Again, nearly every question was behavioral. Just be yourself and have a good time talking to some great people.

Interview
The first step is a phone interview, which is pretty basic. Then there is an in-person interview.
The HR guy rolled his eyes and frowned every time I gave an answer to one of his questions. I've never seen anything like that in a professional setting, much less an official interview. Total lack of class. If that's the face of the company, no thanks!
