Interview
Phone interview with HR recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring team 2 weeks later. Heard back within 5 business days for references. Heard back next day after completion of reference check (conducted directly by the hiring manager) for verbal offer. Formal offer letter received 2 days later. Entire process from first initial contact from HR recruiter for phone screening to receiving offer letter took about 1.5 months. HR team was very efficient and responded within reasonable timeframe.
Overall great and positive interview experience - hiring team asked some good questions that are directly related to my professional experience pertaining to the job description. Some technical questions were asked as well, along with situational and behavioral questions here and there. Questions asked was candid and were not based off of a standard company interview sheet. They also seemed very knowledgable in their field and passionate in what they do. They were also upfront about what to expect if I were to end up in the position. Genuinely one of the best interview experience I've had!
