Interview
First you get a call from someone in HR setting schedule for a day of interview. You go through several group of interviewers starting normally with the hiring manager(s), the group or team, BU stakeholders. They are all required to ask certain corporate and HR related questions which relate to company's core behaviors. These are hypothetical situations where you need to explain resolving an issue, they would then categorize you somewhere in the BMS' core behavior box based on your response, i.e. whether you're a good "collaborator", or capable of "making decisions" or was a able to communicate transparently...
Normally they select around 3 candidates for interviews and the one scored the highest (in general and in BMS core behaviors) will get a call from HR to discuss salary, contract or benefits depending if the position is a consultant or permanent employee. Salary ranges and bonus are directly linked to Grades, i.e. D4, to D8 and then E grades or C grades. This is the ambiguous part that an outsider has no clue and once you're hired and realize where they placed you in the "food chain" then you are either happy or deceived! I don't fine this "Transparent" in itself.
Most of the time however the decision on which candidate to chose is already made for a "preferred" candidate unless that person really messes up the interview.

Overall the interviewer was Friendly and was a thorough interview but still didn’t get a place and got a feedback which was bitter sweet for me because I would loved a positive outcome from that interview which wasn’t the case.

Interview
I had applied online and was in contact with a recruiter. I was excited to learn more about the team and the company, but after my phone screening with the recruiter all hope went down the drain. The recruiter was 10-15mins late for the phone screening; which wasn’t my main concern because life does happen. This recruiter I spoke with however was rude and aloof with their questions, answers, and overall communication. When I asked the recruiter to reiterate a question due to the confusing verbiage used, they responded with “ummm” and proceeded to repeat the question in the same verbiage used with a more condescending tone. When it came to me asking the recruiter questions in regards to the role I was applying for, in a fairly impolite manner, they emphasized that I should have already seen what the role entailed from the job summary description while applying. This was my first time interacting with such a withdrawn and unfriendly recruiter. Going into the interview, I was excited for the potential of learning more about the culture and environment of BMS through the people that work there. However, after the first few sentences and patronizing tone of this recruiter, I immediately lost interest in pursuing the role I applied for.
