Interview
I was initially contacted by HR to set up first IT interview with Sr. Director of the group. It was a pleasant interview where the interviewer explained the company, IT area and expectations. Since they wanted someone looking to advance to management and beyond, I indicated that i prefer to stay in a more technical roll and would therefore not be the appropriate fit for this position. My resume will be kept on file for possible better fit in the future.
