BrowserStack Business Operations Manager interview questions

The process consists of 2 telephonic screening + case study + f2f The HR sounded very pompous and almighty during the screening call. which was a big put-off. The call with the Biz ops team went well then they sent me the assignment. Once I submitted the assignment there was no response from the HR and I received a "thanks for applying" mail a couple of days later. But there was no mention of the assignment, they just wanted an ISB or IIM tag with consultancy/VC experience. my question is why to waste another candidate's time by calling them. Overall pathetic experience, pathetic HR team.
