Managers focus on helping you succeed rather than micromanaging your work, and teammates are approachable whenever you need support. The remote-first culture genuinely works well, giving you flexibility without making collaboration difficult. I also appreciated the opportunities to travel for team interactions, which helped build stronger relationships despite working remotely.
