Pros

Great Colleagues & Team Dynamics: Working alongside smart, supportive, and dependable teammates makes solving complex technical challenges much easier and more enjoyable. WFH Flexibility: Remote work offers excellent autonomy, allowing you to balance customer syncs, technical deep-dives, and personal time without a grueling commute.

Cons

You might occasionally face tight deadlines, heavier workloads, and the need to constantly upskill to keep up with product changes.

Pros

Every day brings new learning opportunities, making it a great place to continuously grow and develop. The company has embraced AI in a meaningful way, helping improve productivity and making day-to-day work more efficient. You get to work on projects and contribute to real customer facing initiatives, which provides valuable exposure and experience. The team is highly positive, collaborative, supportive, and always willing to help, creating a balanced work environment. The twice-yearly in-person cadences strike a good balance for a remote-first culture, allowing teams to connect while maintaining flexibility. There are also plenty of opportunities to take ownership, work on a variety of tasks, and build both technical and professional skills.

Cons

I haven't experienced any major drawbacks. The workload can be fast-moving at times, but it's manageable with good planning and offers plenty of opportunities to learn and contribute.
