A lot of cons. Firstly they hired us some 6 months ago around in august, then after that we had a rule in our college, that we cannot sit for any other D1/D2 category company after getting an offer. I with full enthusiasm was waiting for my employment to begin in June. We even received offer letters. Some of my colleagues received the goodies too. Even after all this, they finally revoked all FTE's on a random morning. And their reason? Business requirements. Absolute rubbish! They did this soo late, I personally left other good opportunities in my college (also we weren't allowed to sit) because of an offer from Browserstack. So unprofessional. And now the hiring season is about to end, too. I'll never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Leads do not have enough experience. They say that they have an open door policy and keep skip level calls to take feedback but don't keep it anonymous and the manager taunts with that feedback in team meetings. No fixed work timings, there are often late night calls. If you want to sit, relax and do politics, then this is the perfect place for you. If you want to learn and grow in your career, don't even bother looking at this company.
