Got a call from the HR and Interview was scheduled. The Interview lasted for 30-35 minutes and the hiring manager said my skills closely match the position for which they are hiring and HR called after that and said feedback was good and I was given a assignment to work on after that. It took me 1 day to complete the assignment and shared the assignment on Friday evening with the HR. On Monday 1st thing I see in my Inbox is a email from HR saying that I am not being considered further for the role. I undetstood, the whole Interview process was a sham to get inputs for the digital marketing campaigns. I immediately removed access to the Google docs file which I had shared with the HR and wrote to the HR that what they did was unethical. As expected no reply from their side. I called the HR after that and there was no response.
