I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BrowserStack (Mumbai) in May 2021
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 Functional and 1 HR round. I would not say it was the easiest, but it wasn't the hardest too. The evaluation is highly objective and you can tell that they are looking for specific skillsets that align with their sales methodology. It doesn't mean that you have to be from a similar sales background, but answering questions more objectively, with examples is crucial. The assignment round is the toughest where you are given two real life sales scenarios and you have to come up with a high level strategy to hunt and close the sale. Recommendation is to again be specific and try to cover key sales stages and how you would execute each. DO NOT beat around the bush.
