I applied in-person. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Buildium (Newton, MA) in Jun 2020
Interview
I was genuinely interested and spent a solid amount of time preparing for each call with the team. The talent acquisition team never appropriately updated me. I consistently had to ask for next steps. I was told that my email gave error messages and that phone messages with updates were left-neither of which were true.
I even had to reach out to see if I got the job!!! I was told a message was left on my phone-also not true. The courtesy of an email would have been sufficient.
Though the company seems put together, it may be worth the second look. If professionalism and a high touch experience are part of the ethos of the company -it should be experienced throughout. Even those hopeful to join the team.
