Online application included questions on why I am suited to work there, future challenges for the built industry and others related to urban planning. Interview was in person and was with 3 people, it was casual and friendly and focused on why I wanted to do the internship, future career goals and than asking about my CV and my past academic/extracurricular experiences.

Was more conversational and informal in nature. Interview started with questions about myself and knowledge of the company, then I presented a topic of interest relevant to the role and was asked questions about it. A mix of behavioural and competency-based questions.
