Brief phone call with an admin or assistant followed by an on-site interview. During the on-site 2 of the interviewers were rude and dismissive. It is evident based on what I've heard, read on the company web site and experienced that this company is looking for a certain "type." If you can't read between the lines that means young and inexperienced so a few of the Boston area leaders can pretend they are still in college and at a Saturday night fraternity party with all the coolest girls.
We are very sorry you had this experience during your interview at Bynder! We try to do our very best to make sure our staff is well informed on the candidate's background before the interview begins, and that they give the conversation their undivided attention. It is by no means our intention to portray a negative attitude, or be a company that makes it's candidates feel excluded. We are currently investigating the matter and would like to hear more about your experience so we can take the appropriate steps to improve. If you feel comfortable doing so, please send us a note at hr@bynder.com. Again, our deepest apologies! - Isabel Plas (People and Talent Representative)
