There were 4 steps and 3 interviews. First with Recruitment, second with Quality Manager, one assignment and a last interview with one of the big Managers of the company. The first one was a typical Recruitment interview, very relaxed and informal. The following ones were more technical as they really wanted to test my skills and check if my experience was relevant for the role. The assignment was challenging and I enjoyed a lot and felt like I could really do the job well since the feedback was very positive.
