Interview
The Process is pretty straight forward, because the Tomas Haviar, which is the Recruiter makes it easy and quick. There is a 30 minute call to figure out if both parties could get along and the overall expectations meet. After that there is a chat with the Manager to find out if he thinks you are capable of doing the Job. Everything after felt like a check if you fit the culture and the team. I had Interviews with the Teams and it was cool. I really have to thank Tomas for making the process easy, making decision and keeping everything in a fair time frame.

Interview
Phone screen, followed by a manager interview and then another with 2 CSM's. After 3 interviews, an assignment was given to create an executive business review for any customer of your choosing, and present to a panel. After spending hours over the weekend putting it together, and receiving great feedback during the interview presentation, I was ghosted. Let's hope this trend doesn't continue in 2025. Be professional and take the time to followup with candidates- its not that hard.
