I've applied online and the recruiter came back to me one or two days later. We scheduled a 30 minutes call for the next week. The recruiter didn't send any messages prior to the interview and didn't call at the scheduled time. 10 minutes late I got the email: "We are supposed to have a call right now, but I am emailing you to inform you that we have managed to fill the Backend position. This is great news for us, but unfortunately no for you of course. We would like to thank you for taking the time to apply for this position and would like to advise you to keep an eye on our career site; we are always on the look for great technical people, also in our XXXXX office." I worked with many companies throughout my career path, but didn't meet a single company that acted in such unprofessional and disrespectful way.
