One of their recruiters reached out and after a brief conservation set up a time to speak with one of their managers. The interview was relatively easy and the manager let me know that Bynder would follow up shortly. I never heard back and even reached out to the recruiter to see if they had gone in a different direction. A few weeks later I noticed online that my application had been rejected and no note was sent. It's completely fine for a company to go in another direction but I would have loved some feedback or even just a quick follow-up. It's extremely unprofessional to not reach out and based on other reviews it looks like this is a recurring issue with Bynder.
