I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bynder in Oct 2022
Interview
The recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn mentioning I have excellent experience for the role they're looking to fill. I was already near the offer stage with other companies, but was this recruiter promised it would be worth my time. After a productive conversation the recruiter mentioned I needed to actually apply for the position on their website, not to take another offer yet, and that he'd email me with next steps. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from the recruiter even after several messages to him on Linkedin that he could have simply replied to in 10 seconds. Also unfortunately it sounds like this person is responsible for opening their brand new office down under....
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I know that 'I tapped you on the shoulder,' but can you please apply directly to the position online so we have you in the system?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bynder (London, England) in Sep 2023
Interview
6-stage process consisting of initial recruiter screening call, four individual interviews with Sales and SE managers, and a final panel presentation with role play. The four individual interviews were largely the same with a heavy focus on sales process. The individual interviews should have been streamlined into a single panel for time efficiency as the process was too long.
Feels like they hire based on a candidate's existing sales process experience being similar to that of Bynder's, as opposed to focusing on character, intelligence, motivations etc. and recognising sales process can be learned/adapted.

Interview
Straight forward interview process. No egos on the other side of the table, definitely valued the right things in a sales person. Had to demo a product for management + a few reps on the team, always slightly nerve wracking but if you prepare, you should do fine. You will definitely be competing for a spot though, so take it seriously, do your research, and come prepared for every step.
