Tell me how you contributed to the last product you worked on.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bynder in Nov 2016
Interview
Pretty straightforward and quick. Took 2 weeks to hear back initially, but then once HR contacted me about scheduling the initial phone screen, it went pretty quick. I had a phone screen with HR and then a call with the head of Project Management team. After a week, I heard back that they decided to go another way with someone with more experience. Overall, it was a transparent process and the questions were pretty much what you'd expect for a role like this.

Question 1
Why are you interested in Bynder? What is your approach to developing relationships with clients?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bynder (Boston, MA) in Oct 2016
Interview
After a brief phone screening that went very well, lots of things on my resume aligned with this role - start up experience, account management and ability to work many projects in a team environment - I got an answer the next day letting me know they were pursuing other candidates. The email was 100% copy and pasted and my name and the HR reps name were changed out....lazy. When asked why, I received a very generic answer, I mean no one is going to be 100% honest but at least touch upon maybe a skill or quality I did not posses. Also, the HR rep let me know she started less than a week ago - I trust the company employees great people and trusts them to do their job but it was information that shouldnt be shared.
