Interview
I applied online and within a day or two, I received a phone call to set up an interview. I was surprised with how fast the agency was contacting me but then I realized later into the job that they were just trying to fill a position in a school district that was about a half hour from me and did not give me as many choices as they initially acted like I would have. They were also desperate because school was starting within a couple of weeks and they did not care to listen to what I wanted to get out of the job or the position I was looking for.
The interview process was average. Questions are not hard if you have some experience in the field.
