Waited outside the interview room with 8 other people (it was to fill 1 position). The interview would take around 20-30 minutes for each person. One person from the HR team and one person from the customer service team would come out to proceed with the interview process. The interview questions were very thorough, no trick questions, just research the company, its culture and how it become a multinational corporation. Basic questions on how to react when the client/employee/customer is upset was the only hardest part of the interview. The people are very polite and display a strong Asian-based cultural background (which is not a problem at all).
