Interview
Quick informal phone screening, then a half day of meeting managers and supervisors in person. Was questioned on technical information regarding energy efficiency and techniques for auditing energy. Also included the basic personality questions that you'll have to jump through. Asked about previous experience and how it relates to what CleaResult does. I felt like being able to correlate this was the most important thing to the interviewers, and anything else was just filler.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very market-specific questions regarding energy calculations and the like. If you are new to this type of work, you won't have a good answer.

Interview
I interviewed for the Junior Energy Engineer position. Overall, a great experience. First, you answer a behavioral questionnaire, then you take an aptitude test, which was very simple compared to other ones I've taken. The recruiter was very friendly, asked about salary expectations, and provided lots of information about the company. You then move on to an interview with an engineering manager, where you are mainly judged on your answers to behavioral questions. In the end, my career goals did not align with the position, but I enjoyed the experience. This seems like a great company.
A couple rounds of online interviews. I believe I interviewed with 3 sets of people with only 2 on screen at most. mostly interested in experience with excel, and culture fit.
