CPI Security has no interview guides available so it was more of a free flowing interview about my experience and how I would be able to contribute positively to the organization. I was hired over qualified, knowing that I am looking to grow professionally with the company. Once hired with the false pretenses of growth, they were not able to deliver. Which gives you a better understanding of how ill prepared, unprofessional and unorganized they are to the professional growth of any of there current employees.
