Thanks for taking the time to help us review our interview process. Especially when hiring for client forward positions, hiring is a multi-step process and we have to communicate with our clients directly to ensure we are finding the right fit for their account. Sometimes this causes a bit of a hold after initial interview, even when we really love the candidate. We try to be upfront about the amount of time it will take for applicants to hear back from us and update them as soon as we have reached a final decision.
