The hiring process was a bit lengthy but I was finally able to land an interview after about 3 months. I took the skills test immediately after submitting my application and believe they only contact the persons who have displayed promise on the skills test.
Getting the interview was pretty quick and a good experience. But it took 8 months for them to actually offer me the job. That seems to be a common experience for many people I've spoken to.
It was an online questionnaire with multiple mock scenarios. I found it impossible to complete in the time allotted, but doing the best and the most you can should be enough.
