It was a panel interview and the hiring team were courteous and professional. The position was explained very well and the company as well. Expectations between the company and the employee were also discussed. The recruiter and the on-boarding process were organized.
Submitted application on the CVS Health career site. Within a week of submitting application, received an email and text from recruiter to set up a phone screen. Had phone screen and was told I would receive notification if hiring manager was interested. Received an email and text notifying the hiring manager wanted to set up an interview. Interviewed with hiring manager through Teams. Received offer a week later.

The interview was comprised mainly of behavioral questions primarily. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. I came away from the interview with a positive outlook, however they went with another candidate.
