In 2025, I have given interview in capgemini which is virtual, the interview is not so hard, they will ask whatever you kept in resume. The interview will be hardly 20-25 mins, basic definations and your projects in resume.

The interview process for the SAP CPI Consultant role consisted of multiple rounds. It began with an initial screening where basic questions on my experience and project background were asked. Then there was a technical round that focused on SAP CPI flows, adapters, content modifiers, error handling, and integration patterns. I was also asked to explain real-time project scenarios, how I handled errors, and worked with APIs. The final round was a managerial interview where they assessed my communication skills, project ownership, and client handling experience. Overall, it was a balanced and professional interview process.

The interview process took long and then I got a call regarding my expected CTC from HR after 2 weeks of the interview and then no communication from the company, after 3 more weeks I again got a call from HR asking for my CTC and I said 15 LPA will be suitable for me as the same was shown on the job portal for this opening but she said that only 11 LPA can be offered contradictory to the displayed salary on the job opening and then I was asked to submit some documents and I did, and now I got an email that I'm rejected.
