Recruiter interaction
Technical round : Asked questions on Dara centre engineering technologies like Cisco ACI, nexus, EVPN, virtual port channels and usual core networking stuff. Overall was a good interaction, difficulty level was high but it’s equally fulfilling if candidate is well prepared.
Managerial round: Covered both technical and process based questions. Manger provided clarity on expectations and WFO/WFH rules.
HR round

Interview process was smooth and well organized. Had 3 rounds of interview. Two technical rounds and one HR round.
They wanted an immediate joiner with knowledge of GCP services.
Some one who would be able to lead a team technically.

Shared CV for openings through carrier portal,
Got call from HR after CV got shortlisted
Date of interview was fixed for technical skill test and gave the skill test
Waiting for confirmation from HR got call for Salary negotiation and asked to submit required documents
Finally got green signal from HR with offer letter after BGV completed and joined the onboarding process
Overall this process was lengthy but it was great experience

Basically the interviewer was asked for Technical skills related questions along with project related other general questions
