Capgemini SAP SD Consultant interview questions

There is an initial calling after that technical round which is am voice call and the second one is skype technical call and third one is hr round and we will have an amcat exam in last.

Worst . HR does not know client requirements.Neither the procedure . My interview was fixed for automation testing with client. I cleared it , the HR called me and then said you are selected and then had a hr discussion closed my case saying that you will get your offer letter.So far so good . Now the drama starts , some other Hr lady called saying that we will not be able to give how much you have asked , i said the deal was done with the previous HR , she has her high pitch dominating tone. I said ok, then dont release it.In the mean time other Hr called me and the client wants to take a other interview. I said i was selected ,wasn't I ?? He said it might be formal discussion. i said what is the point if you guys can not meet a mere expectations . then he said we will talk and make sure you will get the offer , just give the interview, I said it is okay make sure i will get my offer. Now the client interview happened and the requirement turned out to be sap functional tester not the automation .So I have a written mail from their HR saying that you will get your offer letter . But still no offer letter... How complicated is taking a requirement and then sending resumes and then committing to people . If i do not get my mail i will write Hr names and Hr mail which i have.
