Interview
Submitted my resume and a personality questionnaire, a few days later, I had to do a simulation phone call where I managed some "customers" calling in and providing information. You have to select the appropriate response to them and their issue. Then they had me do a "one-way interview," where I recorded myself answering some behavioral interview questions and then submitting them through the website. About a month later I was called in for a face-to-face, which was 3 behavioral questions, some other basic ones and that was it.

I submitted my application and after about two days I received and invitation to an on demand video interview. I completed it and then it took about another week to hear back from the recruiter. My face to face interview was actually fairly easy. I met with my interviewer in the lobby and we went into a very small very plain office upstairs where the interview took place. The question were set and my interviewer didn't deviate from them. He wrote my answers in detail in his notes. Besides the polite social chatter I was asked only three questions total. The questions were all behavior based in a format Describe a situation, describe your action, and describe the outcome.

Face to face easy straight forward. The entire location in Tigard is shutting down so there is no need to prepare for an interview for this company unless you're traveling to VA
