After submitting the initial applications, there were two maths & English assessments online, then after that there is a phone interview with a current brand team member, followed by a group assessment day in Nottingham, and then a 1:1 interview with the head of branding. I made it down to the final 2 (I believe) and really was gutted I didn't make the cut as everything was brilliantly planned, from organisation, to the forms of group assessment. The best part of the process was a presentation you have to give at the assessment day. They will give you a selection of topics prior to the assessment day, and on the day you have to brainstorm with current staff about the biggest problems surrounding that topic and then you create a final product/service to support this problem.

Full day of interviews on site and via skype. Situational interviews. Suggested to use STAR Interviewing Technique, as outlined below. Situation or Task Describe the situation that you were in or the task that you needed to accomplish. You must describe a specific event or situation, not a generalized description of what you have done in the past. Be sure to give enough detail for the interviewer to understand. This situation can be from a previous job, from a volunteer experience, or any relevant event. Action you took Describe the action you took and be sure to keep the focus on you. Even if you are discussing a group project or effort, describe what you did -- not the efforts of the team. Don't tell what you might do, tell what you did. Results you achieved What happened? How did the event end? What did you accomplish? What did you learn?
