The first step was a screening call with HR. It took around 30 minutes, and there we talked about my CV, previous experiences, Carto, and what they look for. After the screening, a technical assignment is sent. The feedback on my technical assignment was that "it was too basic for this position". They estimated 4 hours of work on it, what were they expecting? A PhD thesis? I think they have been very disrespectful in this aspect.
