I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Carto in Apr 2022
Interview
Typical intro interview. Told me about the company, asked me about myself, etc. Proceeded to tell me I had a follow up interview that I would receive a link to schedule a time. I instead received a rejection email the following morning.
I had a great experience overall and there was a quick turnaround in the interview process. There are 4 rounds total: phone call with introductory questions, then you speak to another employee, then the manager of SDR team, and 2 VPs.
